2012 FUNCTION INFORMATION PACK
Thank you for you interest in holding a function
here at Oliveto Ristorante & Bar. Please find attached our current
function menus for groups of 10 and over. Also set out below are
terms & conditions of holding events here at Oliveto.
The $60.00 & $70.00 are limited choice menus derived from
our current a la carte menu. A personalised copy of this menu is
placed in front of each guest that they may select from the four
dishes available in entrée & main.
The $65.00 is a platter menu where the
food is presented beautifully in courses on platters at the table.
The $85.00 is a combination of both Platters & choice courses.
We can make alterations to these menus
on request where possible, some dishes incur additional charges.
Please
advise us of any special requirements needed
ie: vegetarian, gluten free etc.
Beverages are charged on consumption and
we advise that you choose your wines in
advance to ensure stock is adequate & chilled for your event. We also have a drinks package
at $25pp which includes Beer on tap & Light beer, Hunter Valley
Horseshoe wines, soft drinks, tea & coffee for four hours.
A cake fee of $3.50 per person, served with house made gelato, is applicable to all BYO cakes.
To confirm your function we require a deposit of $20pp, see booking form, this may also be given over the phone by credit card. Please note that a surcharge of 2 % is charged on American Express.
Final confirmation of numbers must be received
48hours prior to the event and this is
the number you will be charged for.
