Taleggio comes from Lecco high up in the northern alps of Italy. The cheese is tender & supple, with a light straw to white colour. The aroma is mild when young but becomes
quite pungent when mature. The flavour is sweet & fruity with slightly tangy taste.
   
Gorgonzola piccante from Lombardy, ivory straw colour, set against liberal striations of greenish-blue mould with sharp assertive flavour.
   
Parmigiano Reggiano exclusively from the cows of the controlled production zone, Parma & Reggio Emilia provinces, it takes the slow passing of seasons for the cheese to develop its unique aroma, fragrance, flavour & its high quality & natural nutritional values. Reggiano has no preservatives, colouring or antifermentation additives.
