This special degustation menu features a thoughtfully curated four-course degustation menu, showcasing the rich, earthy flavours of fresh Manjimup truffles paired with Oliveto's signature cuisine. 

Each course has been carefully designed to highlight one of Australia's most prized seasonal ingredients in an unforgettable dining experience.
