This special degustation dinner features a thoughtfully curated four-course degustation menu, showcasing the rich, earthy flavours of fresh Manjimup truffles paired with Oliveto's signature cuisine. 

Each course has been carefully designed to highlight one of Australia's most prized seasonal ingredients in an unforgettable dining experience.

Celebrate Australian Black Manjimup Truffles

Bone marrow, beef tartare, rosemary, thyme

Housemade Tagliatelle, cultured butter

200g Tajima Wagyu striploin MB 9+, white polenta

Bay leaf panna cotta, poached pears, almonds, Acacia honey

All courses are served with freshly shaved black Manjimup Truffles
