Taste centuries of Italian wine heritage in one unforgettable evening.
Some wineries have history. Ricasoli has nearly 900 years of it.
Since 1141, the Ricasoli family has been making wine at Brolio Castle in the heart of Chianti. It was a Ricasoli baron who wrote the original Chianti recipe in 1872.
On Wednesday 7 October, we're bringing their wines to our table at Oliveto, each one paired with a menu created by our kitchen just for the night.
$145 pp, wines included. Seats are limited.
